MuseMiles is a travel planning product. This page describes what the app stores so you can use an account, a trip workspace, and optional paid plans.
Account data
When you sign up we store the email and profile fields you provide, authentication sessions, and (if you use Google sign-in) the identity the provider returns. You can export or delete your account from Profile.
Trip and preference data
Trips, itineraries, saved places, planner answers, and preferences (pace, interests, dietary needs, home airport, display currency) live on your account so the planner and companion can follow them. Optional email reminders use the addresses and notification switches you set.
Travel documents
Travel documents store expiry dates only — never passport numbers. The useful signal is a warning that a passport may be too close to expiry for your return date.
Payments
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. MuseMiles stores the plan you are on and usage counts; card details are handled by Stripe, not stored in the MuseMiles database.
Your choices
From Profile you can export your data, manage sessions, disconnect linked accounts, and delete the account. Deletion removes the account and associated trip data from MuseMiles systems, subject to backups and legal retention.
