Slow travel is a setting, not a slogan

MuseMiles treats pace as a real control: slow, balanced, or packed. A slow plan is thinner. That is the product difference, not a vibe overlay.

Deal-first tools reward density — more pins, more bookings, more of the city in 48 hours. Slow travel here means leaving room: fewer stops, more time at the ones you kept, and dietary needs treated as non-negotiable in the prompt.

What changes when you pick slow

  • The planner is told to schedule fewer stops per day.
  • The offline fallback uses the same thinner cap if the model fails.
  • Saved places (hearts) are ordered first when that destination is in the catalog.

Frequently asked questions

What does slow travel mean on MuseMiles?

Slow is a planner setting. It reduces how many stops a day the AI is asked to generate, in the prompt and in the offline fallback. It is not a marketing label on a packed itinerary.

How do I make a MuseMiles trip slower?

Set pace to slow on your profile before you generate, or ask the companion to thin a day after. Saving places you care about also pulls those stops to the front of the draft.
